简介

　　暗黑破坏神小说官方作家理查德.A.纳克（Richard A. Knaak）1961年5月28日生于美国芝加哥城，现在奔波在阿肯色州和芝加哥之间，原本就读美国伊利诺伊州厄本那—香槟分校化学专业的他转到文学修辞专业，并获得学士学位。
　　1987年开始，他的作品被陆续出版，直到现在，他的作品被翻译成汉语、德语、意大利语、法语、以及丹麦语、日语、西班牙语、波兰语、芬兰语、捷克语、匈牙利语、土耳其语和俄语。
　　1986年末他写了他的第一个短故事，而且它在 1987 年被出版了。理查德.A.纳克喜欢阅读、旅行、食物和看旧电影，如今他在伊利诺州和阿肯色州之间来往生活。
　　理查德 A 纳克参与撰写了Diablo（暗黑破坏神）、Warcraft（魔兽争霸）、Dragonlance （龙枪）、Dragonrealm（龙域）系列小说，其中Diablo（暗黑破坏神）、Warcraft（魔兽争霸）两个系列被美国暴雪娱乐（Blizzard Entertainment's）作为官方游戏背景小说。
