'''Indestructible''' is an item modifier that removes [[durability]] from an [[item]], such that it can never be broken.  In [[Diablo I]], this was accomplished with the [[suffix]] '''of the Ages'''. In [[Diablo II]], this was shortened to just '''of Ages'''.  A [[socketed]] item can also have a [[Zod Rune]] inserted, which makes it indestructible. This is generally only a minor advantage, unless an {{2|Ethereal Item}} is used. Due to the fact that ethereal items are stronger than non-ethereal items of the same type, but cannot be repaired, being indestructible is a very useful advantage.
